This new Army Resrve Center consists of a 41,000-square-foot facility on 15.5 acre site. It houses approximately 200 soldiers and their equipment from the 854th Engineer Battalion and the 481st Engineer Detachment. Hromadka Associates was involved in providing analysis and support for construction claims that resulted from soil issues during the construction.
